Crowded park? Multiple outfit changes? No problem. Sarah and Nathan weren't going to let Central Park crowds, crazy bathroom lines or a late spring get in the way of capturing the perfect engagement photos.
I love how New York comes to life in the first warm days of spring! People flood out of their apartments and pour into the public parks. Central Park was a sea of people on Saturday, with blankets spread out on every available patch of grass.
If Sarah and Nathan had any nerves going into this photo shoot, it certainly didn't show. They are so light and joyful in each other's arms. The love just shines through. Their playful personalities and witty senses of humor kept me laughing throughout the shoot. Sarah and Nathan joked through the whole session and made multiple outfit changes, in a crowded park, look like a piece of cake.
I thought Nathan was joking when he alluded to a third outfit, but he truly saved the best for last.
Luckily, Sarah fully embraces Nathan's passion for matching athleisure ensemble. She even incorporated one into their wedding invitations!
The spring weather in New York has been unpredictable, to say the least. We settled on a date, weeks ago, with high hopes of capturing some of New York's cherry blossoms season. After weeks of unseasonably cold wet weather, we weren't sure there would be any blossoms. But we lucked out and caught the park and their love in full bloom!
Sarah and Nathan, I had a blast and can't wait to capture your love again at your wedding in less than two weeks!
